The company BITTI BEBE SL, bitti, with registered office at Avenida Josep Tarradellas 155 in Barcelona, Spain, is organizing a promotional action with a random draw system aimed at people residing in Spanish territory who are of legal age.
Objective of the Stokke Flexibath bath pack giveaway
Bitti is organizing this raffle with the aim of offering an extra benefit to customers who buy from bitti, promoting the Stokke brand and encouraging sales from August 1 to 31, 2024.
Promotion period
This promotional action will be active for all users who make purchases on bitti.es or in our bitti store in Barcelona, over €50, between 1 August at 00:00h and 31 August 2024 at 23:59h. The draw will take place at bitti Barcelona during the first week of September 2024.
Mechanics and mode of participation
To participate, you must be registered or register as a new customer on our website, bitti.es. To do so, all fields must be complete and without any defects. Bitti reserves the right to reject any registration due to a formal defect. Likewise, you may participate in person at bitti Barcelona by answering the necessary data to participate that may be requested by our store staff.
In addition, a minimum purchase of €50 must be made, which will entitle you to 1 entry. For every €50 spent on an order, you will be sent one entry to the raffle we propose by email. If the email address is not correct, the user must contact bitti to make the relevant checks.
Among all users who have made purchases of more than €50 and have received the email with the tickets, a draw will be held for a Stokke Flexibath bath pack. The winner will be chosen at the time of the draw.
All purchases, product reservations and/or baby list orders will participate in the draw, following the rules of 1 entry for every €50 of purchase during the period of validity of the draw. In the case of baby lists, we establish that the beneficiaries of the draw tickets are the owners of the baby list. In this way, bitti wants to especially reward their loyalty to our brand.
In the case of product reservations, tickets will be obtained based on the amount paid from August 1 to 31, 2024, not for the total amount of the reserved product. To obtain the total number of participation tickets that would correspond to the reserved product, the full amount must be paid during the period of validity of the draw. Likewise, participations will only be obtained for the values contributed in each payment, not for the total sum of the payments made.
If we are unable to contact the winner, if he or she rejects the prize for any reason, or if he or she does not respond within 15 days of being notified that he or she is the winner, we will call the first alternate and so on.
Prize
The prize is a Stokke Flexibath bath pack valued at €152.00. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The value of the prize will only be refunded if the winner has purchased a Stokke Flexibath bath pack during the month of August 2024 at bitti or bitti.es. The prize includes shipping costs.
Winner's communication
Within a maximum period of 10 days after the draw, the winner will be contacted by email or telephone. If the winner does not respond, the first alternate will be contacted. The winner will also be notified through the social networks available to bitti.es for dissemination.
Cancellation of the draw
The draw cannot be cancelled once the promotional period has started.
Prize availability
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Only if the winner has purchased a Stokke Flexibath bath set from bitti or bitti.es during the promotional period will payment be refunded in the same way as the prize was received. Bitti will be responsible for shipping the prize.
Advertising
Bitti reserves the right to publish the winner's username for promotional purposes.
Acceptance of the bases
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the user fully accepts the conditions of these rules. If after a purchase the buyer does not wish to take part in the draw, he/she must contact bitti to delete his/her participations before the end of the promotional period.
Use of the data provided

For deliveries in a period shorter than that proposed by bitti.es, you should contact the store, to confirm the possibility of this.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to the delivery receipt (Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).
In the case of wanting to make a change, the client must manage it by telephone through the customer service number 934 197 319 (ext. 2). At that time, you will be informed of the procedure to follow, and the return will be processed, as long as the requirements established by bitti.es are met.
These requirements establish that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product suffers a depreciation), as well as all the documentation provided with the product.
bitti.es will refund the total amount of the purchase to the consumer, that is, the price of the product.
The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, unless it is an error or defect on the part of bitti.es.
Only in this case, bitti.es will be responsible for said expenses, collecting and managing the new delivery of the product, in a space of 24/48 hours, if the product in question is in stock. Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.
Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.
In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products belonging to the group of car seats (for safety reasons), mounted strollers or products configured to measure (customized products) will not be accepted. .
