BITTI
The company BITTI BEBE SL, bitti, with registered office at Avenida Josep Tarradellas 155 in Barcelona, Spain, is organizing a promotional campaign using a random draw system aimed at people residing in Spain who are of legal age.

The objective of the raffle is for a Cybex Lemo Set 3-in-1 highchair.
Bitti is organizing this raffle to offer an extra benefit to customers who shop at Bitti, promote the Cybex brand, and incentivize sales from April 1 to 30, 2025.

Promotion period
This promotional offer will be open to all users who make purchases on bitti.es or in our bitti store in Barcelona, for purchases over €50, between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on April 1, 2025. The drawing will take place at bitti Barcelona during the first week of May 2025.

Mechanics and mode of participation
To participate, you must be registered or register as a new customer on our website, bitti.es. To do so, all fields must be complete and complete. Bitti reserves the right to reject any registration due to a formal error. You can also participate in person at bitti Barcelona by completing the information required to participate, which may be requested by our store staff.
Additionally, a minimum purchase of €50 is required, which will entitle you to one entry. For every €50 spent on an order, you will receive one entry into our sweepstakes by email. If the email address is incorrect, the user must contact bitti for verification.

Among all users who have made purchases over €50 and received the email with their tickets, a drawing will be held for a €150 gift voucher for children's furniture. The winner will be chosen at the time of the drawing.

All purchases, product reservations, and/or baby registry orders will be entered into the sweepstakes, with 1 entry for every €50 spent during the sweepstakes period. For baby registry entries, we've determined that the recipients of the sweepstakes tickets are the owners of the registry. In this way, bitti wants to especially reward their loyalty to our brand.

In the case of product reservations, entries will be awarded based on the amount paid from April 1 to 30, 2025, not the total amount of the reserved product. To obtain the total number of participation tickets corresponding to the reserved product, the full amount must be paid during the raffle period. Furthermore, entries will only be awarded based on the amounts contributed in each payment, not the total sum of the payments made.

If the winner cannot be contacted, or if they refuse the prize for any reason, or if they do not respond within 15 days of being notified that they are the winner, the first alternate will be contacted, and so on.

Prize
The prize is a Cybex Lemo 3-in-1 highchair set. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize includes shipping.

Communication of the winner
Within a maximum of 10 days after the drawing, the winner will be contacted by email or phone. If they do not respond, the first alternate winner will be contacted. The winner will also be notified via the social media channels available on bitti.es.

Cancellation of the draw
The draw cannot be cancelled once the promotional period has begun.

Prize availability
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Bitti will be responsible for shipping the prize.

Advertising
Bitti reserves the right to publish the winner's username for promotional purposes.

Acceptance of the bases
By simply participating in the sweepstakes, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions of these rules. If, after a purchase, the buyer no longer wishes to participate in the sweepstakes, they must contact bitti to remove their participation before the end of the promotional period.

Use of the data provided
The data collected during the sweepstakes will be used to communicate the number of entries you are eligible for, once you make your purchase, and the name of the winner, once selected, during the first week of May.

DELIVERY TERMS

The current reach of sale of bitti.es is the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

For products in stock, the delivery time for the Peninsula is 24/48 business hours.

For the Balearic Islands, it is 48/72 business hours.

For deliveries in a period shorter than that proposed by bitti.es, you should contact the store, to confirm the possibility of this.

  • For deliveries in the Peninsula, shipping for orders over €50.00 are free
    • For orders under €50.00, the standard charge will be €6,90
  • For deliveries in the Balearic Islands, shipping for orders over €100.00 are free
    • For orders under €100.00, the standard charge will be €9,00

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to the delivery receipt (Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).

In the case of wanting to make a change, the client must manage it by telephone through the customer service number 934 197 319 (ext. 2). At that time, you will be informed of the procedure to follow, and the return will be processed, as long as the requirements established by bitti.es are met.

These requirements establish that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product suffers a depreciation), as well as all the documentation provided with the product.

bitti.es will refund the total amount of the purchase to the consumer, that is, the price of the product.

The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, unless it is an error or defect on the part of bitti.es.

Only in this case, bitti.es will be responsible for said expenses, collecting and managing the new delivery of the product, in a space of 24/48 hours, if the product in question is in stock. Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.

Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.

In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products belonging to the group of car seats (for safety reasons), mounted strollers or products configured to measure (customized products) will not be accepted. .
