The company BITTI BEBE SL, bitti, with registered office at Avenida Josep Tarradellas 155 in Barcelona, Spain, is organizing a promotional action using a random draw system aimed at people residing in Spanish territory who are of legal age.
Objective of the draw for a €150 gift voucher for children's furniture
Bitti is organizing this raffle with the aim of offering an extra benefit to customers who buy from bitti, to promote the brands Ros, Cotinfant, IKiD, Stokke and Bellamy and to encourage sales from February 1 to 28, 2025.
Promotion period
This promotional action will be active for all users who make purchases on bitti.es or in our bitti store in Barcelona, over €50, between 1 February at 00:00h and 28 February 2025 at 23:59h. The draw will take place at bitti Barcelona during the first week of March 2025.
Mechanics and mode of participation
To participate, you must be registered or register as a new customer on our website, bitti.es. To do so, all fields must be complete and without defects. Bitti reserves the right to reject any registration due to a formal defect. Likewise, you may participate in person at bitti Barcelona by responding to the data required to participate that may be required by our store staff.
In addition, a minimum purchase of €50 must be made, which will entitle you to 1 entry. For every €50 purchase in an order, you will be sent an entry in the raffle that we propose by email. If the email address is not correct, the user must contact bitti to carry out the relevant checks.

All purchases, product reservations and/or baby list orders will participate in the draw following the mechanics of 1 participation for every 50€ of purchase during the period of validity of the draw. In the case of product reservations, the tickets will be obtained based on the amount paid from February 1 to 28, 2025, not for the total amount of the reserved product. Also, only the amounts contributed in each payment will be awarded, not the total sum of the payments made.

Prize
The prize is a gift voucher for €150 for children's furniture. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize includes shipping costs.
Winner's communication

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the order according to the delivery receipt (Art.44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, Ordinance of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19).
In the case of wanting to make a change, the client must manage it by telephone through the customer service number 934 197 319 (ext. 2). At that time, you will be informed of the procedure to follow, and the return will be processed, as long as the requirements established by bitti.es are met.
These requirements establish that the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (otherwise the product suffers a depreciation), as well as all the documentation provided with the product.
bitti.es will refund the total amount of the purchase to the consumer, that is, the price of the product.
The return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, unless it is an error or defect on the part of bitti.es.
Only in this case, bitti.es will be responsible for said expenses, collecting and managing the new delivery of the product, in a space of 24/48 hours, if the product in question is in stock. Or, in the case of not being available, committing to duly inform the client of the estimated replacement time.
Before proceeding with the refund, the courier company will collect the product and deliver it back to bitti. Once it arrives at our facilities, bitti will verify that all the previously mentioned conditions have been met and will proceed to make the refund, using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, within a maximum period of 7-14 calendar days.
In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products belonging to the group of car seats (for safety reasons), mounted strollers or products configured to measure (customized products) will not be accepted. .
