The current reach of sale of bitti.es is the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For products in stock, the delivery term for the Peninsula is 24/48 business hours. For the Balearic Islands, it is 48/72 business hours. We understand delivery from Monday to Friday as business days. For this reason, the delivery terms indicated in the product sheets are limited to these delivery periods, by the transport companies.
For deliveries in a period shorter than that proposed by bitti.es, you should contact the store, to confirm the possibility of this. In each of the product sheets appears the estimated delivery term in which bitti.es agrees to deliver the product. This can range from 2-15 business days, depending on the type of product or the supplier's delivery conditions and can be up to a month if the product in question is a personalized product.
It could be the case of receiving the product before the expected delivery date. On the contrary, if there is any unforeseen delay, bitti.es will contact the customer to notify and inform about the procedure to follow (See the Delivery terms section of the General Conditions) and will offer an alternative product or return the amount if the customer is not satisfied, exclusively for the reason of delay in delivery as agreed in the accepted order.
For deliveries in the Peninsula, shipping for orders over €50.00 are free. For orders under €50.00, the standard charge will be €6.90. For deliveries in the Balearic Islands, postage for orders over €100.00 are free. For orders under €100.00, the standard charge will be €9.00.
The delivery period of a given or reserved product in a Baby List will be assigned based on the available stock or delivery times of each supplier. Once assigned to the Baby List the article will appear as a "Available" product.
If it is a gift from which parents have been informed, bitti will send an email to the parents informing them of their availability so that they can go on to collect it or to be part of the free shipment that the Baby List has in their conditions.
If, on the other hand, it is a gift that will be collected by the person who wants to deliver it personally, bitti will send an email to the person who has made the gift, to communicate their availability for collection.
A Baby List has a free delivery based on its minimum requirements, 10 articles and 700€. In the event that these are not complied with or of second deliveries and successive shipments will have a cost according to current rates.
